Our Catering Policies 
Thank you for considering Goose Blind Grill and Bar Catering for your event.  We ask that our customers familiarize themselves with our catering policies to avoid any confusion prior to booking your event.  Should you desire to reserve a date, simply call or email us the menu of your choice and date.  We will confirm your request promptly. 

Standard Charges-Tax
Goose Blind charges a 5.5% sales tax for all events.  Those events that are tax exempt should send a copy of their certificate to Goose Blind upon booking the event. On-site Staffing:  Any event which requires the Goose Blind staff to remain on-site will be charged at the rate of $30.00 per hour, per staff member. Facility Charges:  Specific facilities may charge a mandatory usage fee based on all food and beverages provided which will be included in your final bill.  Please call to inquire. Delivery Charges:  Goose Blind Catering provides free delivery for orders of $100.00 or more in the Green Lake area.  For orders under $100.00, or less than 20 people, there is a $20.00 delivery charge.  For events outside Green Lake City, there is a $20.00 delivery fee plus a $ 0.37 per mile charge. 

Deposit
For groups of 150 or more guests, we require a 50% deposit, due at the time of booking, to hold your event.  The final balance is due at the time of the event.  The final count is due one (1) week prior to the event.  Goose Blind accepts major credit cards, checks and cash. 

Minimums
For any event, Goose Blind may require a 20 person minimum order.  Any order fewer than 20 guests or under $100.00 may be subject to a surcharge delivery fee.

Cancellation
Any cancellation request in advance of an event will be subject to full payment of order as follows:   - Events with less than 50 guests - 72 hour notice.   -  Events over 50 guests  -  2 week notice. An alternate 'rain date' should be scheduled at the time of booking for all outdoor events.  Any event cancelled entirely due to inclement weather will be subject to the above terms.
